Happy 2nd Birthday to Sweet Kija
Today Kija would have been 2 years old. The tradition we started last year was to release the balloons into the sky, one balloon for each year, so this year we released 2 balloons for Kija. Before the kids let go of their balloons they were supposed to think of a promise for Kija of something to work on throughout the year. Rebecca let go of one of the pink balloons before we were ready, so the video only has the kids releasing one balloon... oh well! Both balloons went to Heaven anyway!

Wow, it sounds like there's been a lot going on lately at the Whiting home (birthdays, piano recitals, end of school...). I love the balloon tradition!
