We had planned to go up the canyon and have a campfire & do some dutch oven cooking, but we were rained out! Instead the twins helped James bake a dutch oven pizza on our bbq grill (in the rain), grill some hot dogs & hamburgers (in the rain), and we went to visit Ammon & Kija's graves (in the rain!). We hadn't ever noticed it before, but Ammon's stone is quite a bit darker than Kija's. When they are dry they look the same, but Ammon's must have a different finish on it than Kija's does because after 4 days of rain it looks quite a bit darker. Look how green the grass is! Cameron, Micah, and James tried to do their first 25 mile bike ride today, but they only made it 11 miles before they gave up because they were frozen from the pouring rain. James said he couldn't feel his hands half the time. Whose idea was it to pray for moisture?

That is precious. I think it's so cool that you go as a family every so often to visit their graves.
We ALMOST got rain today, but luckily did not. Boy wouldn't that have been a mess with wet paint on the house!
