Flashback for some early memories of soccer in the Whiting family. First, as a celebration of BYU's win in tonight's game against the Aggies, here are our little BYU soccer players stuck in the soccer goal in Laramie back in 2000...
And here is Mr. Birthday Boy Micah at the very beginning of his soccer career. In Laramie the little guys play indoor soccer because the weather is so unpredictable. Micah is in the blue uniform. Cameron was also on his team. Micah's uniform looks like a dress! Watching soccer was pretty entertaining back then because those little guys didn't really know what they were doing -- they were just kicking the ball and running around! I used to wheel the 3 little guys in in my long double stroller and try to keep them entertained while Cameron & Micah played. Ah, memories! That's what Flashback Friday is for, eh?
