Back to School for Little Miss Preschooler!

Rebecca was very sad to see her brothers go back to school, but today she was doubly lucky because BOTH of her pre-schools started today! On Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 to 11 a.m. we are doing a neighborhood pre-school with each of our 5 sunbeams from church, plus Kelton, who is in the CTR 5 class -- the lone boy. :)

Rebecca was nervous for a minute and saying she wanted me to stay with her, but after this photo was taken she was immediately playing with the other kids and having a great time. She loved it and told me after she got home that she wanted to marry Kelton now.

Then after lunch Rebecca headed off to preschool at CDS. We had her screened again this year, but she still didn't qualify for speech services. They said her speech was normal for her age, so I guess I'll just have to work with her at home to get those "r"s, "ch"s, and "j"s down. Since she didn't qualify for services, she still can't ride the CDS bus, so I will drop her off and pick her up each day. She was soooooooo excited to come back to school! She ran inside looking for her best friend Paige, and when she found her they both gave each other a BIG hug!
