Oquirrh Mountain Temple
On the last day of our Call reunion, we gathered at the Oquirrh Mountain Temple to attend the Open House. It is very much like the Draper temple. The steps are marble and very hard. My nephew Caleb found this out first-hand when he slipped going up the steps and fell straight down on his face. He cut his chin open and was bleeding everywhere. That added a lot of excitement to our otherwise reverent tour. Brittany and Caleb went to find first-aid while the rest of us finished the tour and waited for them in the reception tent. Caleb ended up having to get stitches on his chin. It's weird that their family had the two emergencies of the reunion -- isn't it usually our family's job to get injured and visit the ER?
